NOTE: A SET OF PLANS MUST BE INCLUDED. YOU MUST ALSO HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE with the City of Taylor or your Permit will not be approved until we are notified this has been applied for.

- We will notify you via Email or Phone that your Application has been approved and you may start work immediately and your Orange Card will be mailed out that day and you will need to place this on the property ASAP when you receive it. Please note this job site is subject to be shut down if this card is not place on the property within 24hrs of receipt.
