Taylor-Made Festival will be held Saturday, October 28, 2017 in Taylor, Alabama.
( At and Around the Fire Department )

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the incorporation of Taylor and on October 28th, we will be hosting the most awesome Taylor Made Festival ever!!!!! Many citizens have expressed interest in more family oriented activities and the Taylor Made Festival has a long and rich history in this community. Most of the activities will be centered around the walking trail with spaces for Arts and Crafts vendors and food vendors. The day will get started with a 5K Color Run and we will be hosting a Junior Food cook-off, Cornhole and Washer Chunking contests. We’ll have hourly cash drawings, Old Town train rides and a Wild West Show. Throughout the day, local talent will be given the opportunity to perform and starting mid afternoon, we will have 3 free concerts. At 3pm Jerome Jackson will perform, at 5pm The Josh Buckley Band will rock and at 7pm Luke Pinegar will mesmerize. The evening will end with a Fireworks show that will light up the sky!!!!
For anyone interested in renting a Vendor space, prices for Arts and Crafts spaces are $25 for a 12×12 space ($50 if you require electricity) and food vendor spaces are $100. The final date for registration is July 9th and if you are interested in more information and a registration packet, please contact me (Sharon Loff) at sloff@cityoftaylor.org or leave a message at 618-1566 and I will call you back. We are also offering Sponsorship opportunities which include advertisement and media exposure. If interested, please contact me.
More information will be coming over the next few months about the festivities and keep an eye out for the new stage we’ll be building in the park!!!!
